Wallet import : Unsupported state or unable to authenticate data

Hello,

I’m trying to access my wallet, but unfortunately, I’m receiving the following error message:
“Unsupported state or unable to authenticate data”
I have two JSON files on my computer, and I’ve also kept the password safely stored somewhere. When I search for the public key, I can’t find anything in the explorer. I purchased the POKT around September 2021.

What can I do?

You should search your wallet address in the explorer to check the balance, not the public key.
If you still not able to access your wallet, you can open a ticket on https://support.pokt.network/
