I’ve been a vocal proponent of this in public and private with PNF.
I have little to add to the high-level overview, other than I think that this is all correct, that access to voting should come with knowledge of the ecosystem, but that total voting weight should be sided towards those with even more knowledge/stake in the system.
I think the devil will be in the details, for example making sure that this is Sybil resistant- for example designing the tasks in such a way they can’t be shared and copy pasta’d by a troll farm.
Balancing the right level of difficulty will also be a bit of trial and error but I’m sure will find equilibrium over time.
