Can you explain why the QoS framework module will only “partially implement the ‘Cop’ model”? Why does the QoS module not include the whole Node Registry and Nodies Cop functionality that Nodies is currently building?
I understand that the you will be providing “technical documentation on how we’re currently identifying good actors”, but since only part of the code will be open source, this means that future gateways will have to spend their time and resources reverse engineering all the parts that aren’t open source.
