The RelaysToTokensMultiplier value was updated to baseline ~5% circulating inflation (e.g., tokens minted by servicer nodes only) to 180m relays/days.

The RelaysToTokensMultiplierMap value was updated for all chain IDs to increase rewards, with F-Chains (e.g., those chains starting with the letter F) having a much larger share to spur adoption of these new chain IDs which go live with traffic on November 13, 2024.
