Has anyone bootstrapped the setup with Docker/Docker-compose or k8s? Looking to automate the deployment of a the pokt nodes + bitcoin core and maybe a few others.

There is a repo with a the dockerfile used to create the docker images to run pocket. Also, there is a docker-compose you can use they are both here. Another thing, you can use the docker hub images poktnetwork/pocket-core or poktnetwork/pocket.
