Accountability

It is core to our values of being results driven, using and improving frameworks, keeping commitments and sticking to them as well as using prioritization as a form of hierarchy and not people to implement an accountability system that suits our needs.

For this we will focus our operations around 4 core pillars, that each reflect the values of our culture in practice.

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are the methods by which all levels of the organization use to identify, clarify and track the productivity in the organization.

Asynchronous Communications is a core competency that we will master so that our ecosystem can scale and operate effectively across time zones and inclusive of people’s personal lives. Work Life isn’t very freeing, fun or effective if you’re stuck in meetings all day.

Decision Gathering & Decision Making is a focal pillar because we will be working in public to various degrees and want to include others in the process, while maintaining the pace and quality of delivery.

Competency Progressions are the behaviors and outputs that we want to get better at in order to not only improve what we do, but also how we do it.
