Decide on refinements to a range of parameters.
Parameter Update Proposals (PUPs) include any proposals to modify Pocket Network protocol parameter values, including:
- Monetary Policy: economic parameters such as BaseRelaysPerPOKT and StabilityAdjustment
- SupportedBlockchains: a whitelist determining which blockchains can generate revenue for nodes
- Protocol Values: various numerical and non-numerical values defining the protocol, such as UnstakingTime, MaximumChains, FraudulentRelayBatchPenalty, and more.

PUP votes will last 7 days and pass with Majority Approval, unless otherwise specified in the Constitution.
