Having finished our inquiries with the Gateways operators (PNI and, soon, NodiesDLB), we present (above) the updated pre-proposal with the final parameter values.
Changes:
- Updated proposal text: simplified version is the default view, with clickable deep-dive option at the end.
- Updated the parameters, now they’re final.
- Added mechanism to cap emissions at 5% of supply.
- Updated the resources to reflect changes in parameters.
- @zaatar and @Cryptocorn suggested edits.
As the new parameters do not create a significant deviation to ARR until 2 B relays/day, we will delay submitting MINT for a vote until there is constant traffic of at least 2 B relays/day (or when we observe any other significant deviation between ARR and MINT).
