My pitch for possible future iterations of the trophy system is to enable DAO voters to award trophies as well. Trophies can only be awarded through the consensus of multiple voters. Incentives for voters to watch the trophy channel and give consensus to those trying to achieve trophies could include discord badges or forum badges.
