### Governance Transaction Notice - April 30, 2025

### **Background**

In keeping with the projected tokenomics schedule regarding total supply, the Foundation has executed the following transaction to enable mint = burn, and to adjust the RTTM values to match. Full details of the economic parameters can be found here:

Off-chain burn numbers will be tallied weekly and invoiced until the Shannon mainnet migration is complete, with the first burn occurring May 7th.
