It is fantastic that the DAO are making changes, it hasn’t been working effectively thus far and we’re at a point were it’s now or never. Good to read.
My one piece of feedback for this is that it’s incredibly hard to read! Cycles, Eras, Pops? All this is new to a reader and announcement that the DAO is making forward thinking changes should have been big news. It wasn’t becuase no one can read it.
Make communications from the DAO accessible in future, maybe even give them some personality. This is Web3, baby, not a shareholder meeting in a dusty office.
All said, the direction sounds very promising
